Lust for Life is designed to help you discover yourself again as the amazing woman you are today in mind, body, and spirit. So many of us are attached to who we used to be in our idealized 20’s or 30’s－and might be a little afraid of our adult selves.

The Female Journey
It’s a familiar story to modern women of all ages and races that we often blame ourselves for not being able to do it all－but we needn’t. From birth, many societal & cultural forces shape the woman’s path through life. For non-white women of color, there is another significant racial level of societal pressures to contend with.
Messages from our culture of origin, compounded by the dominant culture outside, create a doubly confusing situation for us, especially regarding our sexuality. By understanding how these forces shape us, we can reclaim our confidence and unlock our futures as powerful women.

As a somatic coach, I create a safe environment for you to explore all the questions you have about sexuality and your body. You might wonder, What is sex for? Who is it for? Why is it important…or is it actually important? And how do I enjoy it more?
I help you understand your erotic operating manual so that you can create a sex life that delights you. Without it, we suffer from lifelong confusion. We women are the only ones with this powerful body knowledge－and we must teach it to our most trusted partners.
